What should I do if my doctor did not heal my injury properly?

I broke my collar bone while in the 7th or 8th grade and instead of putting the bone back together it was allowed to grow shorter than my other collar bone. Needless to say, my entire spine is out of alignment and I have pain everyday. I am 24 and my shoulder to this day pops and hurts and is hindering me being able to work.

Nothing you can do at this age. You waited too long and the statute of limitations has expired, preventing you from filing suit.

Your statute of limitation began to run when you reached age 18. it expired when you reached 20. Sorry to say your claim is now barred.
