What can I do if I bit into a piece of glass while eating at a restaurant?

I was in a sushi restaurant and bit into a piece of glass and chipped my bottom front tooth. What can I do? Owner said what do you want me to do, close my restaurant?

You can sue the restaurant or make a claim against them assuming they are insured. Since glass is not inherent in any food they will be held liable for the cost of repairing your tooth. They will have to answers for the inconvenience and your pain & suffering.
