Should I sue a biomedical company for a defective medical product?

My wife required revision surgery to replace metal on a metal hip replacement that failed with the same issues as a metal on metal hip replacement. I am looking for advice regarding a lawsuit against the company that makes the device for this defective device.

We could use some more facts here to ascertain what happened and why you believe the device was defective. Your best bet is to find a medical malpractice attorney that also handles product liability cases.

There are a number of lawsuits pending regarding allegedly defective hip replacement products. You should contact an attorney to find out whether your wife's product may have been defective.
